Chalets at the top

We spent a night camping in a cottage with spa.
Impeccable performances.
The chalets are nickel and the spa very nice.

Very disappointing

We stayed 3 nights and fortunately no more . abandoned camping and with dangerous places.unmaintained and green pool with stoned safety fence so a child can access it and this injury because the pool is not maintained.A very large pass to many level. Our mobile home had not been prepared for our arrival, fridge off, no hot water and table from the terrace infects. The tip of a screw stands out at the nightstand.really very pity because beautiful site and a lot of potential.

Camping seems abandoned. Avoid it. No security around the pool. Who's in a terrible state

Disappointed

Booking made on December 11, 2025 for accommodation with jacuzzi for January 9, 2026......paid and cashed....on arrival not the lending jacuzzi nor the accommodation....

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et comprenons parfaitement votre déception à votre arrivée.
Nous souhaitons toutefois vous apporter un élément de contexte exceptionnel : dans la nuit précédant votre arrivée, mon épouse a accouché, ce qui a fortement perturbé l’organisation et ne m’a malheureusement pas permis de préparer le logement dans les délais habituels.
Je tiens néanmoins à préciser que le jacuzzi a pu être mis en service et était prêt pour utilisation à partir de 20h30 le jour de votre arrivée.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour ce désagrément indépendant de notre volonté et espérons que vous avez malgré tout pu profiter de votre séjour

Very disappointed

This campsite would have everything you need, large pitches with shade, the river accessible, the village of St Astier and its shops just by crossing the pretty bridge... But hygiene to help!!! The toilets were dirty all the time, cleaning in 10 minutes quickly done, no trash cans in toilets and sinks, butcher sinks, dirty mirror, light that does not work... And the pool, same thing, pieces of water fries that hang around all week, a non-existent pediluve... And dangerous facilities.
The staff, perhaps inexperienced, react very slowly when problems are reported and always find unacceptable excuses.
In short, very disappointed, we will not return to it.
