A great moment of happiness and sharing

We were warmly welcomed by the owners and were very touched by their infinite kindness and considerateness
The exchanges were also very interesting and enriching
The mansion is beautifully decorated and furnished with refinement
This is a charming place where you feel so good...
The garden is splendid

A very pleasant weekend 40’ from Toulouse

Two delicious nights in a suite decorated with taste and attention to detail.
The host couple is charming and particularly kind, we found ourselves at home as well as with long-time friends!
We highly recommend this address.

None better as rooms, surrounding, dialogue, and suggestions will exceed your expectations and enhance your stay

What a blessing it was to have this chateau out first home base as we drive around South Western France
Our host a Pascale and husband Pascal made our trip better than we ever imagined. Their hospitality far exceeded what we have experienced. Their suggestions for our excursions caused us to see even more than we had planned and we never would have found the special places. The setting is amazing, the rooms spectacular, the grounds and pool calming to complete the visit and the conversation educated us about France. You might possibly find other host and facilities that equal them but there can be none better. Your time and money will be well spent when you chose to stay here

A very beautiful and elegant Chateau with wonderful hosts - a perfect combination

We had the pleasure of visiting this very beautiful chateau for two nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it and the wonderful hosts, Jayne and Steve, went out of their way to make our stay special. They truly did welcome us like family and we didn't want to leave! The decoration of the Chateau is stunning. So elegant and stylish. It is everything a French chateau should be. The five themed suites with large ensuite bathrooms are amazing and every care has been taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the Nature Suite which overlooks the beautiful parkland at the front and couldn't have been happier. A special mention has to be made of the staircase, all stencilled and hand painted by Jayne herself. I had watched her do some of this on Escape to the Chateau DIY and the finished result is absolutely stunning. All in all, we had the most idyllic stay with Jayne and Steve (and Alfie their gorgeous dog) and are very much looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Chateau and wonderful hosts

We decided on a chateau break to celebrate our 25th anniversary and were recommended chateau Thuriès. It is not too far from where we live and in a rural setting so felt safer in these virus driven times. The chateau has been restored and very tastefully decorated in an elegant style with gorgeous chandeliers everywhere. The bed in the Master suite was super comfortable and it was very romantic having a four poster bed.
Jayne and Steve, the owners are genuinely warm and friendly hosts who made us extremely welcome and also went out of their way to book a wonderful restaurant, Le Cuq en Terrasse for our anniversary celebration but even took us there. Truly above and beyond. The restaurant is run by a couple of great singers who serenaded us, and all the others with celebrations with a beautifully rendered Bon Anniversaire. Another restaurant recommendation from them was for the Chateau Pomarede, which was another fabulous meal.
The area around the Chateau Thuries is full of quirky and picturesque mediaeval towns and villages. Albi is not far and we spent a day there wandering around this ancient city and taking in the magnificent cathedral.
This chateau is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
