A perfect stay
We ate at the hotel restaurant, a tender rib steak cooked very well with its small vegetables in a skillet which was delicious, then we had the apricot clafoutis which was a real treat

Hotel Le Blanche Neige, everything is perfect, in fact.
Very friendly Mr. and Mrs., their daughter, and all the employees who take great care, not to forget Noisette. Very good quality of bedding, cleanliness of the room, meals, and breakfast are exceptional. The pub on the ground floor with super employees. A tastefully decorated typical mountain style. A very warm welcome, kindness, and lovely people who have been receiving us with care for years.
I highly recommend this establishment.
Looking forward to returning very soon.

Very bad experience
Room with jacuzzi, but not enough hot water to fill it. As a result, no more hot water for 4 hours, so shower with ice water. We are told that this is because everyone showers, with the only answer: "Do it after eating!" (midnight).
In the evening, we organized a meal for 20 people for our daughter’s birthday (5 years). They looked after the adults very well, served first, while the children were served 1h30 late.
One of our children (10) ordered a well-cooked bib, which he received bleeding. After several requests for annealing, the boss came to explain that “it is not eaten like this”. He finally had to eat his neighbor's nuggets...
We had brought a Snow Queen cake to blow the candle to the little one (without serving it, out of respect). The waitress told us “no worries”, but in the kitchen, they refused to bring it until everyone finished their dish. Yet there were two people at our table with a Burgundy fondue: defective machine, a single pick for two and more than 60 pieces of meat.
We insisted that everyone agreed and that we brought the cake anyway, because the little one started to fall asleep (around 11pm). After several insistences and annoyances, they agree, but provided that another table is finished being served... The little one therefore stood waiting, waiting for the arrival of her cake for 40 minutes!
Comes the time of addition. Everyone pays their share, then we are asked for 50 euros missing. We ask for details of who paid what in order to redo the accounts. They agree, making it clear that it bothers them.
After recalculation, they had actually charged us 180 € too much: cash payments not taken into account and a bottle billed twice.
Mistakes or technical problems can happen, but the real problem is the attitude of the staff.
They will always have a good excuse, and it will always be your fault. An extremely disappointing experience, between technical problems and unacceptable attitude of staff.
