Great Location
Location - Its just few minutes away from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. A lot of cafes, restaurant and mini mart just next door. Metro & RER was just 2 Minutes walk. Halal restaurant is nearby Le Butcher and Mongol
Apartment Entrance - going into the apartment was easy with just codes and no keys or card to go into the place. There is a small lift good for 1 person with 2 large bag to go up. Place is a bit dark (lighting was not auto sensor u have to push the light on and it will be on for a minute or 2. I tripped when i entered at the entrance door because I couldnt see there is a block of wood in front of the door and the light button was at the 2nd entrance door.
Apartment - Its quite small for 4 people and there was not enough space for 4 big luggage.
Bed was comfortable. I love there are fan on the ceiling which I really appreciate eventhough its cold outside but its not that cold in the apartment hence love the fan.
Wifi was great. There is no bidet in the toilet and there is also no wash basin in the toilet. The wash basin is in the shower which is on another room, u have to walk out of the toilet and wash your hands at the shower, its quite inconvenience.
WS Team - The team was very responsive via WA. When we arrived in Paris it was on Sunday around 11.30AM, the luggage storage nearby was either full or closed. We asked if they can let us in just to put our luggage, which they did, I am so grateful for that and off we go and explore Paris before the official check in time. The team even check up on us via message on Agoda after the check in time if we have checked in, which I have responded immediately that we have already checked into the apartment.
Overall this is a great place to stay 9/10 rating

well located and clean
contrary to the reviews we could read, the accommodation was very clean. the bedding very firm. admittedly it is not very large but the size of the apartment is well indicated in the ad. we were able to stay at 4 . the only catch is the bathroom toilet in the same place and so small that you can not be 2 at the same time but this is quite common on betting. The accommodation is clean, well equipped with small coffee available, ideal located in the opera district and 10 min walk to the galleries, 15 min grevin. it was perfect. there is a small mini-market at the bottom of the accommodation that allows to plan a breakfast in the apartment. the instructions were clear and we felt safe with these 3 codes

Poo in the shower tray
We stayed at this property and were woken in the night by a gurgling sound coming from the bathroom. By the time we got up there was poo coming up from the plughole in the shower. This meant we could not shower or use the toilet. We called the property to see if there was somewhere else we could wash and she said no but that somebody would come out to fix it and call us. We didn’t hear anything back except for generic messages saying they were looking into it. In the end we had to check out and leave for our flight. We have asked for a refund but are yet to receive it, and the only thing we have received is an invoice for the city tax. Hoping to receive a refund soon.

Nights in hell!
The apartment surprised us by the very small and overwhelming size, but the worst part was that in the middle of the historic heatwave, the ceiling fan was not working properly. When the light was turned off to sleep, it was also turned off and it was impossible to sleep in the suffocating heat. Our little girl threw up in the middle of the night dizzy. Holiday ruined. They didn’t give us any solutions, neither they nor travel the English Court, which were incredibly behind everything. We're immersed in claims. I would never go back to this crap.
