Expensive bill for average services

The hotel is nice, but 4 stars is a bit too ambitious. The rooms are minuscules, the stairs and spaces are very narrow, there is only one elevator... If you are over 120 kg, it is definitely not an option: you will not fit in the bathroom. The breakfast room can hardly hold 15 people at once. The installations look old and function accordingly. I would not say the hotel is dirty, but there is always the feeling that they can do more about that. There is no parking, so consider that if you travel by car. The breakfast itself is rather modest. They score decently because staff is nice and helpful, the location is very close to Place Madeleine and Place Vendome and you can easily reach public transportation. However, 350 per night is a rip-off.

Little Gem

This is a really nice little hotel. A perfect spot, very clean and larger than average rooms for Paris. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and helpful, especially Ghanie.

We spent 3 nights at the Vendome Opera, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was great, small, but it is Paris. All of the staff was super friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the location is perfect.

Terrible experience

My partner and I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was visible dirt on the bed, the floors were dirty, and the pillowcase was stained and dark. Most concerning, there were underwear items in the wardrobe that clearly belonged to a previous guest, which shows the room had not been properly cleaned.
Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel, and this standard was not met. We hope the management improves their hygiene standards in the future.
