Nicely located hotel. Very close to everything. Hotel was clean and very nice staff. Room is big enough for 4 guest. We love the breakfast. Highly recommended

This is a budget hotel designed to suit those who need more space than a conventional hotel room. The location is excellent - next door to the train station. The property has a nice lobby but rooms are basic and dated (fine by us for price). Not all room have the nice view in pictures either.
We arrived about an hour before check in and room was available but when we accessed it, the room has not been cleaned at all. The gentleman at front desk was very apologetic and explained it was due to computer issue. It wasn’t a huge issue to us - these things happen. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited and also provided a complimentary breakfast voucher.

Great location - we could see Printemps from our window. General hotel areas clean and smelled good. Lifts had buttons missing but there were signs up telling you how to get around this. Rooms were a little dated but perfectly formed. Would recommend for a budget conscious stay without going completely no frills.

View was distorted,room was very tight-square footage was the hall way,set at 24 degrees steady-warm

This hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it a great base for exploring Paris. However, it feels somewhat more worn than you would expect from a 4-star property. The signs of wear and tear are particularly noticeable in the bathroom and toilet facilities.
We stayed in a family apartment, which was spacious and comfortable. Overall, the accommodation was good and suited our needs well.
One thing worth noting is that the hotel is located in a very central area. Every evening, food is distributed for charitable purposes on the street outside the hotel, which attracts a number of people. This was not a problem for us, but some guests may find the atmosphere a little uncomfortable.
We did not try the breakfast, as there is a large supermarket just around the corner, which we found very convenient.
Hotel prices in Paris are generally high, but if you can book this hotel at a reasonable rate, I would recommend it—provided you are willing to accept a somewhat dated and worn standard. Overall, it offers good value thanks to its excellent location and spacious rooms.
