Wonderful mode
Awesome location close to the Arc, with immaculate rooms and service team. The little coffee machine area also has free fruits, water bottles and snacks. Note - the sliding door for the bedroom doesn't have a lock so put a shoe in front if you'd like to keep it closed.

Our stay at Mode in Paris
The location is good. The rooms are very small. The value - it’s very pricey for the size of room.
The anpartments are really just a small hotel suite, under counter fridge and dishwasher and a tiny sink. A one bedroom is a bed plus a sofa that turns into a bed which takes up all of the extra space in the smallest of the one bedroom suites. The larger of the one bedroom suites also has a sofa bed, which takes up a good amount of space. There are a couple of small chairs and a tiny side table in the larger room as well.
But, lovely stuff and great air-conditioning. Some nice renovations with sinks and flooring.

Excellent
I have been staying once a year at the Paris Apparthotel for about 4 years. I return there every time because the staff is exceptionally attentive (all of them) without exception. The accommodation was good 4 years ago, but to this day it is even better. This Apparthotel will become 5 stars. What I love the most are the heated bathrooms!
In 2027, I will return again.
