Beautiful rooms, great location

We now stayed here 3 times, always a great experience, the rooms are beautiful and clean, a well stocked mini bar, if you want to use it, and bottled water provided daily, the toiletries are beautiful and plentiful, lovely fluffy towels, all the staff are friendly and on hand to help with anything, and the turndown service with little chocolates is a nice touch, a well appointed hotel for the Champs Elysees and is close to the metro too,

Excellent service and early check-in support

Great service and an overall excellent experience from start to finish. I was traveling internationally, and after a long flight, I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. The concierge team was extremely helpful and made a real effort to accommodate me as quickly as possible. They were friendly, professional, and understanding of the fact that I had been traveling for many hours and needed time to rest and refresh before continuing with my plans. Every interaction I had with the staff felt welcoming and courteous, which made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention provided throughout my visit. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend it to others looking for excellent service, good food, and a smooth travel experience.

Highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We got two rooms for four people and both rooms (and bathrooms) were very comfortable in size (bigger than expected compared to past experience at other hotels). Location was perfect, in between amazing shopping and scenic view of the Eiffel Tower.

What a great hotel

Amazing hotel for location, staff went beyond to help with all my needs from earlier check in, transfers to airport . Spa was amazing . Highly recommend this hotel in every way .

Amazing

The hotel staff were amazing very friendly and helpful , it was very clean and the bar/restaurant was delicious. They assisted to ensure that my lost luggage made it to my room and provided toiletries until we received it
