The Best Luxury Hotel in Paris, with the Best Owner, Management and Staff we’ve ever seen❤️
A Real French Dream taking place in Paris, in a Palace located in the Most Iconic area of a city with many Beautiful Iconic areas. Steps from Placé Vendome, home to Exclusive shopping and the Breathtaking Brass column topped with the statue Napoleon. The safest area in France and visited by the World Elite from Royalty to Movie Stars and the Super Wealthy for over 100 years. The Westminster Hotel worthy of this Area for Several reasons… 1. The owner spared no expense to create a Royal Stay with true Parisian furnishings and decor. I’ve stayed at every Super Luxury Hotel in Paris with prices ranging from 600€ to 2500€ and The Westminster is the Prettiest and the lowest priced but their true Secret to their Golden Reputation is the STAFF. Hand picked for their Glowing, Uplifting, Welcoming, Warm and Friendly Personalities… they treat guests like family and we’re sad to leave them. Every single doorman smiles, welcomes you, uplifts your mood, runs to you with an umbrella when it’s raining, won’t let you open a door because they want to do it for you even their Super Sweet Security Person ran outside with 2 umbrellas for us, he heard my wife coughing and appeared with water asking if we are ok( We Love Him, all the Doormen, Front Desk(there was a Super Sweet Man who checked us back in for our last 2 Days after our French Riviera Monaco Adventure, He’s a Star too) Concierge team, Housekeepers like Paulina and room service persons. When we checked out, the Doormen were so sweet and kind and with a huge smile said “we’ll miss you, come back soon” which was so Powerfully Sweet and reminded us when we first arrived… Walid the Concierge and a doorman came up to us with HUGE GLOWING SMILES, WELCOMING US BACK, IT WAS ELECTRIFYING, my wife still talks about it❤️. SO, visit the Most Beautiful Luxury Hotel in Paris, the Best Location in Paris, the Best Priced with the Best Staff(we call family) in the World. Thank You to the HOTEL DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER AND FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AND AMAZING STAFF for another WONDERFUL STAY, we missed you as we. drove away in our Rolls Royce AIRPORT Transfer.

It seems like a great hotel for those traveling alone and seeking a quiet stay. I would consider staying here again if I visit Paris in the future.

Great location and hotel
The location of this hotel and the staff are both excellent. The style is a little bit rundown and could use an upgrade but not terribly so. The bar and breakfast are also great.

Like noisy neighbors, surly staff, and musty rooms"? This place is for you
Where can I even start? We arrived from the U.S. on a morning flight, so we booked the room for the night before. We got to our room when we arrived (yay) to find that the AC had not been turned on (okay), the room was unbearably stuffy, and the bathroom smelled moldy and musty. The nice front desk staff offered us another room, so we were obligated to sit in the lobby anyway for half an hour.
Our friends had two separate rooms on another floor. The room in between theirs was occupied by a couple who had a horrible screaming fight ALL NIGHT LONG. They did phone down at 11:30, and nothing was done. The next morning, the day staff checked a log, and said "oh yes, we sent someone at 11:30 - some people don't know how to act in public, sorry but not our fault".
Other highlights? Peeling wallpaper in the rooms, no views (okay), to get to the tiny elevator you must go up some 10-12 stairs from the lobby and then there is a little turn (not a landing). Very awkward. Oh- and if you want a cup of coffee, the surly server in the bar will send someone to get you one -- if she is done complaining in French about how you interrupted her chit-chat with other staff (there were no other customers in there then ). but hey - for 11 Euros, a small paper cup of coffee?
Avoid this place at all costs - there are plenty of very nice hotels in Paris.
