good address

the setting is outdated but clean and quiet. Welcoming of the staff is correct. The bedding and bathroom are comfortable. Luggage storage is convenient because there is always someone on site at any time of day. The proximity to the Place d'Italie and several buses is interesting. A quiet alley in the middle of Paris is a plus. Nothing to criticize, we will gladly go back. Thanks to the team

Stayed 4 nights in studio

Great location close to metro and supermarket with shopping gallery. We stayed there 4 nights. The staff is very friendly. The studio was clean and large enough for 2 people. I recommend it and will return to stay there for a next getaway in Paris.

Simple but cozy

Great location, thanks to the proximity to the metro station that allows connections to the rest of the city.
Small and basic room, but clean, cozy and comfortable. Silent structure.
Very advantageous price when compared to the competition in the city.
Especially recommended for couples or individuals who spend most of the day out and about.

In a quiet Paris street near Place d'Italie so just a few minutes walk to the Metro. Very friendly welcome from the owner, a deposit was required but it was fine. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge and even a sink and microwave if you needed it. And the windows were openable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Some noise could be heard by other guests leaving and entering their rooms and there are steep steps to the higher floors with no lift but it wasn't a problem for us.
I can only recommend this hotel, excellent in every way. Just perfect in our romantic holiday to Paris!

We were in Paris for the weekend to watch some rugby and do some touristing. Hotel was REALLY easy to get to, close to good cafes and restaurants and very close to the public transport network. If you have trouble with stairs I would avoid, but for us it was fine. People working there were friendly and sorted us out when my credit card kept getting declined for no reason. Hotel was clean but not modern, great for a short stay. Comfortable beds, good shower and lots of hot water. Perfect for the price if you just need a bed for a weekend. Don't expect the Ritz ;)
