TO FLEE
THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED AT 37 RUE MAUBEUGE, 9TH DISTRICT OF PARIS!!!!
I put a star because I can't put less. I spent two nights in this hotel. Arriving in the hotel, important very unpleasant smell of withdrawn. I take the elevator with the door closing on me. I'm coming into the room. No king size bed. I will tell a particularly unsympathetic receptionist who asks me for proof that it is well indicated that the site mentioned a king size bed. Lack of luck, I printed everything. I'll take the evidence back to him. Immediately, he defends himself, saying that it is not his problem but that it is the platform on which I booked who wrote anything. This receptionist speaking very loudly next to other guests who were there, I do not go up to my room invaded it, by a strong smell of humidity despite the window open. On the wet window of the bathroom, water running down the wall. The toilet bezel is not fixed (pinches). The paint on the bathroom door is flaked and falls to the ground without touching it. The frame of this door reveals the wood , as if a dog had been locked up and scratched all day to get out. On the chandelier of the room, 1 bulb missing and one that does not work. The view overlooks a roof that could not be more holed and dirty. As for the rest, impossible to sleep, even if the mattress was quite comfortable. First night: the doors slamming shut, people running and laughing down the stairs. Second night, a person who spoke very loudly until 2am and whose voice reasoned throughout the hotel. Inadmissible!!!!

Theft of Personal Property
I had a very disappointing experience after my stay. Shortly after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left two rings in my room: a discontinued Gucci ring worth over $1,000 on the resale market and a one-of-a-kind koa wood ring with significant sentimental value.
I contacted the hotel immediately, and they confirmed that both rings had been found. They requested my contact information and assured me that a manager would arrange to have them shipped back to me.
That was over two months ago.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made several international phone calls. Every time I call, I am told that a manager will contact me, but no one ever does. My emails have gone unanswered, and despite acknowledging that they have my property, the hotel has made no effort to return it.
I understand that mistakes happen, but completely ignoring a guest after confirming possession of valuable personal belongings is unacceptable. If the hotel resolves this matter and returns my rings, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.

Room very small and without ac bath-room small and stinky. Room accessible by a very difficult stair or by a small elevator not always working. Many sorrounding noises do not let you sleep good. Breakfast was not bad. Neighborhood was nice.

HORRIBLE PLACE
It was the worst part of my trip around Europe. Dirty, smelling really ugly all the time. Very poor attention and predisposition. Very small rooms. Reception with dirty and broken armchairs. Very mediocre breakfast. DO NOT BOOK THERE!!!!

Radiator stuck on and heating on, all night, did complain and the 2nd day totally off and not able to turn on. Bathroom extractor didn't work so condensation morning and evening, no WiFi, and one English news channel would have been nice. Safe broken so had to carry everything around with us. Double glazing good, barely heard any road noise. Seemed to hear everything going on around us including the automatic door slamming from six in the morning. Would not stay again.
