The rooms are adequate for a few nights and comfortable. The bathrooms are also roomy with a great (powerful) shower that comes with toiletries. The TV didn't work (no signal), but it wasn't a problem since we were there to see the city, not watch TV. There's a small fridge in the room as well as a desk that were handy.
The location is great, too- just a few minutes walk from Gare St Lazare, as well as some buses and the metro.
There could have been more space for luggage (and even a luggage rack would be handy), as well as more places to charge next to the bed. Also, be aware the lift/elevator is tiny and suitable for only one person with luggage at a time!
It was our second stay, though, and we'll be back.

getting worse and worse...

Very disappointing stay.
400 € for 2 nights and a room in questionable condition: poor sanitation on arrival, broken shower wall, incomplete tap, damaged tapestry.
Uncomfortable night (temperature in the room) and no solution proposed despite a visit to the reception.
The most regrettable remains the handling of the complaint: casual answers, including "You are in a 3 star hotel, not a palace", "Legally, the room was functional" or "Blackmail comments do not work... defamation is a crime". No commercial gestures proposed.

Great central hotel

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, great location, friendly service, fantastic price for a city centre hotel, and quite a cosy atmosphere. We left our luggage along with a few smaller shopping bags and went off exploring on our last day. When we went to pick up the bags, the friendly receptionist offered us a larger bag to put all small bags into. Small things make the difference!
