Welcome back!

If the hotel is pleasant, it would need a little "youthful"...
The rooms are comfortable, though small enough for our group of bikers, and their soundproofing is perfect.
Same comment for the bathroom, ours, quite old, could use a good shot of "fresh"!...
The boss is on the other hand of an outstanding kindness, and the breakfasts are quite hearty and well presented.
A stage of 2 nights satisfactory for the group, and that is the main thing.

Terrible beyond terrible

Terrible beyond terrible,
Terrible the welcome because my Labrador was not the size of a Chihuahua!
Terrible the "superior" room that did not exceed 9 m² (one wonders how the ordinary rooms are...)
Terrible the poorly done cleaning and a room that smells musty!
Terrible the breakfast, with a TV tuned to a religious channel with the volume almost all the way up...!
This hotel has earned 3 stars? Who could have given it to him? An astronomer, no doubt, because we are only talking about shooting stars here...

Disappointing

Disappointing nothing with the photos on the website the toilet is really close to the wall and room, the cover stain, the outlet resorter from the wall however breakfast at the top attention parking is not free, a little youthful shot will not be too much.

Quality hotel to visit Perche

Hotel well located near the center - shops - cinema - restaurants - antique shops - while being quiet - very friendly welcome from the owner - comfortable rooms - friendly stopover allowing us to explore this beautiful region of Perche

Overpriced and nothing special!

We stayed here last Sunday, having discovered that another hotel we had booked in the area was closed, despite having a confirmation from the Logis Website. The hotelier had kindly provided an access code by email and left the room key on the Reception desk as the hotel was closed till 7pm. The hotel has a secure car park but that costs €6; the area is very quiet so we decided to park directly opposite the hotel and there was no problem in that.
The room was clean and comfortable enough but old-fashioned and in dire need of refurbishment. There were various holes in the wall where items had previously been attached. The bath was scruffy and had chipped porcelain and the toilet flush didn't cut off so the button had to be "jiggled" to stop the water running. Very oddly the bathroom light switch was by the room door, not outside the bathroom door! There were no tea-making facilities. The WiFi worked well, once I had discovered from the hotelier that a password is needed despite information in a folder in the room saying it isn't.
The hotelier is very pleasant and chatty and recommended where to eat: La Brocéliande, a crêperie, apparently the only decent place to eat on a Sunday evening. It was very good but expensive.
We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. However, given the state of the room, the price of €89 was very poor value.
