Many advantages in this hotel...

Great location. Room, bedding, bathroom very clean. Price correct. Very friendly staff (On our departure we were treated to two small bottles of water free of charge). It is with pleasure that we will return to this hotel even if the sound system is not perfect...

Really not great

So his not Ouf. Stopped you for one night if no choice but not too expensive! Inn 2 stars but what interior year old elevator broke down hallway and carpeted faded room type 60s, damaged furniture stain on furniture and dubious walls. Bed linen is very clean toilet fortunately really this Inn and emergency to bring up to date. On the positive side if you arrive by Pension train just opposite is 500m from the Nîmes bullring it is appreciable. The big problem of this Pension its if you come by car no private parking I went to park in covered parking further so that my car is safe and at 20€ a night its increased the bill short I advise not at all unless not the choice

Unforgivably rude staff

Staff makes fun of clients right under their nose. Full experience below ↓
Stayed for one night after a train cancellation. I found this hotel to be conveniently located near the station. In the lobby I was greeted by a young woman. She was friendly and polite. However, from that point onwards, I've had nothing but bad experiences.
First off, the room. For the price, it's all right. You will find that the walls have stains all over them and that there are no curtains. The latter will be especially noticeable when the sun wakes you up at 5:30 in the morning. Other than that, it's decent.
Second, the breakfast: not worth the price. You'll get a dime a dozen juice, corn flakes, coffee, and microwaved deep-freeze croissants.
So far, I would have rated this an average hotel, if it weren't for my terrible experience in the morning.
While eating breakfast the staff was making fun of me right under my nose. Just a couple of feet away from me, they were mocking me and laughing at me. They must have thought I don't understand Arabic. Poor luck for them, I speak Arabic.
I wasn't the only client they were mocking either. I am sure that other clients caught on to what was happening even without speaking a word of Arabic. The staff wasn't exactly being subtle about it. This is downright unacceptable. Shame on them!
In a hotel that was already on the edge of decent, having disgraceful staff making fun of clients turns it into a hellscape.
I don't recommend this hotel. In fact, I recommend you avoid it by all means.
