2 star hotel
The hotel is absolutely filthy and old. Mold in the sink, disgusting carpet. Breakfast is €20 and it’s terrible. The restaurant closes sundays and mondays. The “gym” are 3 machines on the hallway where the rooms are. Just in the middle of the hallway, there is no gym. The people from the lobby leave at night (that would never happen in a real 4 stars hotel). They charge 70€ euros for tourism tax.
False advertising. This is 2 stars for non french standards.

Disappointing.
Very welcoming staff.
Good bedding.
Spacious room.
We took a prestige suite, what a disappointment.
The toilets: dirty floor, footprints, a seat not worthy of a 4-star, and a brush of mediocre quality.
Bathroom: no storage for toiletries. A coat rack behind the wooden door dating from the 1960s, a towel warmer placed in the corner under the window that is not even found in a 2-star, whose buttons cannot even be seen (one has to guess which is for turning it on and which is for temperature), the shower tray not even non-slip, thus slippery, the shower wall detached by at least 5 cm, the silicone joints that were applied with a shovel, water leak at the door level.
Room: no outlets at the nightstands, floor not clean, dust bunnies under the bed, extremely dirty windows, the rug in front of the whirlpool bathtub not even cleaned.
We pointed out at the reception that the floors were not clean and that the windows were dirty. When we returned in the evening, the windows had been cleaned (hastily) except for the bathroom one. Before leaving in the morning, we had left the TV remote under the bed, and it was in the same place, so the cleaning is not worthy of a 4-star.
Regarding breakfast: cobwebs in the room, extremely dirty windows, fruit juices in cartons, not even freshly squeezed, one has to make their own fried eggs.
In conclusion: a very high price for services that are not up to par. This establishment needs a good upgrade in every respect.
Having stayed in 4-star hotels, this is the first time we have seen such negligence.
