Unmatched quality for an exceptional price.

A character establishment, with impeccable decor and cleanliness. The welcome is warm and accommodating (departure at 11 am possible). Having a varied and quality breakfast in the garden is a true luxury. Located near the university, access to the city center to try the good addresses of our host was also facilitated (bus 50m away). Kettle, bottle of water, refrigerator, a great luxury for a price that defies all competition for equal services. Can't wait to return!

Pleasant stay in a beautiful boutique hotel

We were visiting a trade fair in Nantes with several colleagues and stayed for the second time in this lovely boutique hotel. Small rooms, but everything is in good condition and lovingly decorated. The breakfast is typically French, but everything is fresh and of very good quality. Additionally, there is a beautiful garden that we unfortunately could not use due to the rainy weather. The hotel has good Wi-Fi. The two owners, Jerome and Christophe, are really very friendly and helpful and speak good English.
The trade fair is easily accessible by Uber or bus, and in the evening, you can reach the city center by Uber or bus or within 20 minutes on foot.

Small hotel full of authenticity

Charming little hotel, ideal for those who want to get away from standardized chains and appreciate a warm and personalized welcome. We were delighted with our stay: pleasant setting, friendly atmosphere, and attentive team. A beautiful address that we recommend without hesitation.

Heavenly

What a beautiful B and B 20 mins walk from busy city centre or 5 mins on C2 bus
A lovely quiet location .
The exterior is typically French,Red shutters which open onto the garden/road.
The interior is beautifully tastefully designed.
Such a relaxed calm place to stay for 2 nights, I wish I could have stayed longer.
I arrived early but not a problem.
Communication with owners excellent.
I was E Mailed a code so I could get into my room.
The room was perfect.
Fabulous shower.
Lots of fluffy pillows.
Tea and Coffee making facilities.
My room overlooked the road but slept well,very little noise.
The breakfast is amazing,all the products so fresh.
The best Pain au Chocolate I've ever tasted.
The weather was so hot so I was able to sit out in the lovely garden and eat.
The breakfast room is so nice and overlooks the garden.
Nice touch are sun loungers and deck chairs if after a few hours of sight seeing you can relax here.
The owners gave me a list of local restaurants 5/10 mins walk to.
I would recommend the top one on the list,very French freshly cooked food and reasonable.
The owners are so helpful with directions to places.
I would say 5 star not 2 star.
It's a little haven.
Recommend anyone to stay there
