Very welcoming stay with great staff in a great location,
We arrived around 6pm on a very hot day, tired after a long journey, and were immediately made to feel welcome. Helene on reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us with our booking and guiding us to the parking area. She and a young male colleague whose name we unfortunately didn’t get were both attentive, friendly and professional throughout our stay, ensuring everything was stress-free and enjoyable.
Our room was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view overlooking the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy breakfast, it looked superb and very inviting.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would like to give a special thank you to Helene and all the staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Nous comprenons le désagrément rencontré lors de votre séjour, en effet le calme est un élément essentiel lors d'un séjour et nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses concernant cet inconfort. L'hôtel ayant été rénové en 2023 il est tout à fait aux normes en matière d'insonorisation,
Lors d'un prochain séjour, nous vous invitons à nous signaler le souhait d'une chambre la plus calme possible. Nous vous attribuerons une chambre côté cour.
