Very good experience in this establishment that I will return to for a future pilgrimage

Very good hotel with qualified and pleasant staff, always ready to be of service to the customers. The plus: the adjustable air conditioning, pleasant during a heatwave for restful nights.
A big thank you in particular to Emilie and Fred at the front desk, Fred being anxious to respond to customer requests, and to Chérif at the bar for his kindness and his always impeccable and fast service.

Enjoyed the pilgrimage, and the accommodation at the Agena added greatly to this fact!

The Hotel is central and very near the Grotto. The Hotel had excellent facilities for a three star hotel. Food was very good and served at the specified times! Management, Reception and all Staff friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Serviced each day! No complaints!

Outstanding Hotel.

We stayed there three nights as part of a Joe Walsh pilgrimage tour. Room was clean with double bed, Good shower with wash and toilet facilities. Owner is very nice and came around to each table welcoming guests. Food was nice and staff were lovely and one lady especially Martha who helped my wife with showing her where the tea was first morning and filling her cup. It is the common courtesy that make this lady special and is a credit to the Hotel. It has a lovely warm touch about the place. We stayed full board for the three nights. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed there for 3 days bed and breakfast. Management and staff very helpful great location very good choice for breakfast looking forward to next year.

A beautiful experience

This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto.
The quality of the food was amazing and the kindness shown to some of their more senior guests was heartwarming to witness.
