Terrible - staff were unprofessional.
The hotel manager was unnecessarily rude and unpleasant toward a group of guests. It was painful to watch.
It's a real shame, because the hotel is ideally located near the airport and the pool is an added bonus. However, a sense of hospitality is sorely lacking.
