The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but quite dated with very litlle ventilation and no aircon. The beds were firm and i had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was a bit challenging in heavy traffic.

Avoid

To all the people passing through Lille. Do not come to this very dirty and poorly maintained hotel. Smell of cat urine in the rooms. Sheets with holes and hair, toilets next to the reception area. No one at the reception who cares. Smell of sweat. From the morning for breakfast, it wakes you up. For dinner, the server is not clean at all, dirty pants, dirty t-shirt. A server very focused on his mobile phone rather than his service. The only positive point in this horror hotel is that the food is tasty and good. I asked for information from the manager. He remained unresponsive.

I will not return there.

Rooms without maintenance (hair dryer not working) same for other people in the group.
Hole in the wall of our bathroom.
Toilet bowl poorly fixed same for other people.
Deplorable table service, salmon pasta that has only the name of salmon.
Dinner scheduled for 8:15 PM (30 people) at the restaurant's request and served at 9:30 PM.
Carafes of wine served after the dishes while we waited for more than an hour.

Lack of hygiene and respect

As soon as we arrived in the room, we made a shocking observation: urine in the toilet and a pubic hair on the toilet. Given this condition, we immediately worried about the cleanliness of the sheets and the rest of the room.
We questioned the reception to see if the room had been cleaned. The answer, implausible, was: 'Yes, but it was the night watchman who used the room...'. Instead of offering an immediate solution (change of room or deep cleaning), I was simply handed a product to clean myself!
We find this attitude and justification completely inappropriate towards customers. In addition, the general condition (especially the headboard) clearly left something to be desired about the overall hygiene of the establishment.
The customer service after stay is just as disappointing: I filed a complaint, and the hotel has been completely unaware of it ever since. To escape if you are looking for a minimum of cleanliness and respect.

Staff were very helpful and disabled friendly amenities throughout the property
