Only minor issue were limited hot water in shower. Never got a completely warm shower during our stay however kitchen sink/basin tapes were hot so don't know why this happened.

There was a loose tile in the corner that looked like it opened right to the subway. I was a little concerned about rats coming in, but never saw or heard anything like that. I only stayed one night and I actually slept great surprisingly.
The kitchen area and bed cubbies were nice with more than adequate power plugs and the lockers were big enough for shoes, a backpack and my carry on luggage which was amazing.
