Good hotel near Avignon

Very good hotel, a few minutes from Avignon.
The manager is very friendly and onions for his guests, he has at heart our comfort and well-being.
The bedding was very comfortable, we had the room courtyard side and so it was very quiet. We were delighted to be able to cool off at the pool in the afternoons.
Only small downside: breakfast, which offers only industrial and sweet products, no savory options.
At the location, the hotel has parking for its guests. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and connects Avignon in less than 10 minutes.
I recommend, we were delighted with our stay there.

A deplorable and shameful welcome!

A deplorable welcome by a man who seems to be the owner of this hotel. We arrive at the hotel around 10 AM to drop off our luggage and we are told that we are disturbing because the rooms are being cleaned. No possibility to enter the hotel reception! to go to the restroom. No offer of a glass of water even though it is already 95 degrees outside. The room is simple and basic. The view is unremarkable. Never again such an encounter. Please note that the photos of the pool are not true to reality! The pool is absolutely not rounded!

Nice hotel - very accommodating owner - clean -
only concern - No one present from 12 PM to 3 PM and after 8 PM, as the reception is closed - The TV channels have not been updated in at least 4 years, some TNT channels were not working, especially channel 21! When I asked why, I was told: it must be normal!!! No coffee machine or vending machines, after 8 PM we have nothing, just the code to enter the hotel. Otherwise, one would say it is good.

Disappointing , a 3-star hotel???

No reception and no will to make the stay pleasant. Swimming pool closed despite the summer weather, not a single deckchair outside, deserted hotel and no atmosphere. The online photos are clearly misleading, and the view from the bedroom is not attractive.

False advertising: SCAM

At the time of booking, the price paid was 150€. As a family, we spent 2 nights in the hotel. When we discovered the room, we were very surprised by the horrible finishes and cracks. Dirty paint, unpleasant environment and is not worthy of its name. Cobweb all over the closets, dirty floor, and residue in the bed.
We had stipulated that there were 3 of us for 2 nights at the time of booking but when we left the hotel, the price was double and an additional €10 in taxes. Which should have been announced earlier. But was announced with vulgarity by the lady at the reception, whom we saw once in 3 days: the hotel was deserted and without staff.
I strongly advise against it.
