I love it.

Welcoming by Mathilde at the reception always exceptional.
The hotel was very welcoming. Nice room and proximity to Laval station is really a plus....a minute walk.
To advise with your eyes closed.

Disappointing

Business stay of 3 nights.
During my reservation, I was informed that there were only "Comfort" rooms left, which are more expensive at €101, larger... What a disappointment it was when I arrived: a small, cold room, with the only window being a "high-set dog sitting" from which I could only glimpse the sky and the surrounding rooftops. No wardrobe or dresser, just a simple rod and a few cubes for storage, and the room is so small that the desk serves as a nightstand. Certainly, the wallpaper is nice, but that does not make up for everything.
The bathroom is very poorly equipped: no place to hang your shower towel (just a simple hook, so if it is wet in the evening, you find it wet in the morning because you cannot hang it up), no place to hang the hand towel near the sink. And the worst part, no lid on the toilet, which means that when you flush, everything splashes on your feet.
The breakfast is just as mediocre: average. A few breads, some yogurts, fruits, the same thing every day.
It would not be so bad if we were not in a 3-star hotel, in a comfort room (which ultimately cost €101 for the first night, but €106 for the other two).
The value for money is poor.
I would have liked to speak with a manager about my disappointment, but unfortunately, I only saw a young woman at the reception, very friendly, but who could not do anything for me. I could also talk to you about the reception hours and the phone contact, which are really hit or miss.
No, clearly, when I return to Laval, this is not where I will stay, because this hotel does not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel at over €100 a night in Laval.
Two positive points to conclude: proximity to the train station and good bedding (but is it normal for the pillowcase to be stained upon my arrival and for the sink and shower not to be cleaned daily?)

Inadmissible I advise against

I was wrongly accused by the Welcoming Lady of putting on music and making noise all night. However I slept every night at 21:30.
They preferred to inform my Enterprise without even asking me if I caused the noise. Which got me into trouble with my Enterprise. I was also the victim of racism at this hotel by the same lady at the Welcoming.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with the choice. Attic room with strong smoke smell without air conditioner and roof window. Without creating problems there was replaced with the adjacent room, also this with the smell of closed and smoke, but having the window in part the discomfort has been mitigated. Good breakfast.
The only positive thing is the girl at the reception who proved to be kind and helpful.

Bizarre room

The price was high for the quality of room provided. The room was small, but there's still no excuse for the poor design. First, there are no curtains so it was uncomfortable getting in the shower which was directly in line with the window. It was also very bright in the morning which disrupted my sleep. The shower is small and the door opens inward for some reason, which made it ridiculous to get in and out trying to maneuver around the door. There's no way a bigger body could manage. The shower may need new grout because it currently looks quite mouldy. The worst part is that there is no door to the toilet. That is beyond unsanitary. It's also incredibly weird that someone can see the toilet from the bed with no privacy. I am baffled by this room.
