Perfect.

Full of charm, magnificent view of St Joseph's Church, lovely staff, large room, very comfortable bed and chocolates as a gift, top breakfast

Dishonest

I booked two privilege rooms through my agency. The hotel I had chosen for the size of the room, which on their website stated 25 square meters. Arrived, my room was much smaller, 18.5sqm. only after I went down twice to complain I was offered a larger room. For them the room delivered was privilege because there was a bathtub. And what's on the site is not authentic. I honestly felt cheated. I did not accept the proposed change. It is a question of principle and honesty. You don't propose switching after I complain. You give me the room I paid for right away. Obviously no refund. I didn't even buy a coffee. No apology from the hotel manager. Just embarrassment of guiltless and friendlygirls at reception.a shame

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis, même si nous regrettons que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
La chambre dans laquelle vous étiez répondait bien aux critères « privilège », l’agencement de la pièce peut être cependant différente en fonction de la chambre, de plus le mobilier peut être également placé différemment et donner ce sentiment.
La chambre attribuée correspondait bien à la catégorie "Privilège", notamment grâce à ses équipements spécifiques, dont la baignoire, qui en fait partie intégrante. Nous tenons par ailleurs à préciser que nous vous avons proposé, à deux reprises, de changer de chambre afin de mieux répondre à vos attentes.

The big step up - and more importantly down- in and out of the shower might be challenging for some when the stone floor and step are so wet, (the curtain hardly contained the spray).
The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful with practical information about parking, etc.
There was a lot of construction outside our window on the weekdays, but the noise was obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I had an incident that was handled very well by the front staff. Can’t thank them enough!
