Good address for an evening stopover in Firminy

Very good address for an evening stopover in Firminy offering a pleasant outdoor space. Renovated room, quiet and well heated. Dinner: classic but hearty cuisine. Pleasant service. Free guarded parking. All for an attractive price. Also seems well suited to a business seminar.

Noise 2 nights out of 3! And no intervention from the hotel!

We were at the ABRIBIS hotel for 3 nights from August 8 to 10, 2023.
On the night of August 9, from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m., we were disturbed by the lively discussion of a guy who was outside, on the garden side and entrance of the hotel, close to the rooms overlooking the entrance. , like ours. He spoke as if in broad daylight!
On the night of August 10, a group of around 12 people returned to the hotel at 1 a.m. making so much noise that we were woken up! The commotion lasted almost 20 minutes.
The next morning at 9 a.m., we noticed that in the breakfast room, the same group was talking loudly, laughing, laughing... without respect for the customers present. We decide to cancel our breakfast.
We informed the receptionist each time. Apart from telling us he was sorry, he offered us a coffee as the only compensation. He did not intervene in the room.
We believe that it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure calm.
It’s a shame that the hotel leaves customers alone in the face of this kind of incivility!

Lovely hotel

Great value hotel with extremely friendly welcoming hosts. The food was excellent all freshly made to order. The rooms are really nice & modern. Plenty of parking, great stop over while on our roadtrip.

Overnight

A fantastic budget hotel, lovely spacious rooms, great wifi, free parking, all in a good location. Not far from restaurants and shops, one downside the hotel restaurant is not open at weekends.
One of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed in, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing value and a great stay.

The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located near the double carriageway linking St Etienne to Le Puy. The owner is nice and friendly, and also extremely helpful and efficient when it comes to special requests. The rooms have coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge and complimentary bottle of water. All staff are really nice and helpful as well, including the restaurant's, where they serve uncomplicated but delicious food which is perfect for a business stay. Highly recommended.
