Nigloland is a local attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Champagne Perron Beauvineau and Dominique Gauthier Champagne are worth checking out. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with skydiving. Along with a restaurant, this smoke-free hotel has a bar/lounge and conference space. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a computer station, an arcade/game room, and free newspapers are onsite. Hotel des Pirates offers 30 accommodations with safes and complimentary weekday newspapers. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Great weekend!
We enjoyed the restaurant and we feasted!
Nothing to complain about the Welcoming who was at the top and the staff during the various meals who shows very great courtesy.
We were also delighted by the park next door for young and old!
We'll be back!

A beautiful setting, but an experience tarnished by a deep lack of respect!
Unfortunately, three inconveniences somewhat clouded our stay:
When we arrived, we only had one access card. A second was given to us quickly after request — fortunately, it is indispensable when there are several of us.
At the end of the day, exhausted after the park, we just wanted to rest. However, it is impossible to find the remote control of the television for children. We had to search the room twice for 45 minutes before finding her trapped under a mattress inside a bed. The staff, warned, did not really take us seriously.
And the morning of the departure, I had to shower in cold water, while the day before no worries. When we reported the problem, I was offered a shower on the ground floor... without even bothering to go upstairs and check.
But what really shocked me was the reaction of the hotel manager. After breakfast, I took advantage of a quiet moment to pay our bill and ask him to come and see the concern. His immediate reaction was cold, almost annoyed. Once in the room, of course, the water was warm again. Rather than listening and trying to understand, he accused me openly and clearly twice of lying. A disrespectful, contemptuous and totally inappropriate attitude — so much so that my spouse had to intervene, because I was speechless and hurt by so much condescension.
For a 4-star hotel, this is not only disappointing, but unacceptable. We’re regulars in these types of institutions, and this is the first time I’ve seen such a lack of consideration. A small commercial gesture was granted to me, but no apology, no word of gratitude for the inconvenience suffered.
I still remember the enchanting setting and the quality of the meals, but I leave with bitter taste. It is not so much the small incidents that I remember, but the total lack of listening and human respect. And that should never happen, regardless of the hotel’s standing.

ON TOP!
Dinner and breakfast buffets are very rich, varied, with good products. The staff is very smiling, attentive to the wishes of guests.
Of course, the price is relatively high, but the price-performance ratio is quite correct.
Coupled with a day in the Park for the happiness of all.

Great experience
The evening buffet is of very good quality, with fresh and varied homemade products, we were allowed a brazier for cooking meat / fish that was at the top.
The quality breakfast too is hearty, I let myself be trapped and pay them on Attraction.
Everything is done for the experience to be present and for you to want to come back, which is the case...
