The room was basic but clean enough. Secure bike storage available. The first day / night was quiet. The second / third nights were really noisy due to groups of teen boys being booked into the same floor. Most of the kids were ok, but a few uncontrolled. Chaperones did what they could, but the noise... Screaming, yelling, door slamming, and the likes, certainly had a negative impact on my stay there.

Horrible, very dirty hotel, and the icing on the cake, Beethoven does not hand out towels.

On the last weekend of May, I came to this establishment with my children in the afternoon.
The receptionist was very patient and smiling despite the crowd. She took the time to show us where our room was and to answer our questions with great kindness.
However, a small downside regarding the room: I was not completely satisfied. Some aspects could be improved to provide better comfort for the guests.
It's a shame, as the welcome and service met our expectations.

My husband had booked this hotel.
Due to a traffic jam on the road, we arrived late on June 1st. The hostess was very kind, patient, and welcoming.
We appreciated our stay and will return without hesitation.

Move along

We stayed 1 night with 60 people. Welcomed by a not very pleasant hostess. We reported to her that there was no light in the stairs, she replied that we were not pressing hard enough on the buttons... We had to ask for towels, which she did not like; we asked her where the elevator was, same tone! Madam, if you do not like people, change professions. Fortunately, the next morning, the host was much more pleasant.
For the meal, nothing to report. Friendly staff.
We had already stayed in Ethic Etap hotels in other cities, but this one was much better.
In Dijon, keep walking.
