Perfect stay
Very friendly reception, the staff is very professional and caring. The treatments are done in a good mood, especially with Candice.
We did not stay on-site, so no opinion on the accommodation.

However, they forget to mention to bring flip-flops. So we have to buy them. €2 on a €40 entry is excessive. Inside the spa, there is: a pool with about ten bubble benches that are not pleasant since one slips on them, direct access outside with a sort of "jacuzzi" that bubbles in the center, thus for the decor. It is just benches in a circle. A small pool with a few aqua bikes, a steam room, and a relaxation area. No sauna, no real jacuzzi. And if one talks about a tropical shower, no one stands underneath since the water comes out at 45 degrees. As a result, everyone crowds into the steam room or the relaxation area. It may be a spa resort, but in terms of spa, it is zero. Move along.

Very bad
Very disappointing stay at the AÏGA Resort. For an advertised 4-star property, this is well below expectations:
No air conditioning in the rooms in the heat. No warning on the site: it is misleading and dangerous for guests coming to thermal treatment, who need to cool off after hot baths.
Minimal maintenance: cleaning is done once a week, without changing sheets or towels for 3 weeks. Cleaning women do what is necessary only after repeated insistence.
Wifi unusable: unstable and cut off all the time.
Constant extra charge: we try to charge everything, even a broken room card. It is clear that everything is done to reduce costs to the detriment of the customer.
Nonsense garbage management: you have to walk 300 meters to dump your waste.
In the end, everything is thought out to frustrate the customer rather than satisfy them. The experience is stressful, uncomfortable and far from what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. To escape if you want a comfortable and transparent stay.
