A quiet place to rest

House with rooms close to the center of Ceret, ideal for gaining strength after visiting the town. The room was small but very cute, the pool area was great, the breakfast was lovingly made and the hosts were 10. We traveled with a little one and they provided us with all kinds of facilities.

To flee !!

The reviews posted don't seem real. Very poorly insulated room, we can hear the neighbor's phone vibrating, not to mention the rest....
Very dirty swimming pool, no security, same in the room, only the support is present on the wall.
The owner is a thief, he tried to charge my credit card (fortunately expired) 2 months after the stay and insulted and threatened me, calling me a crook when I called him for an explanation, just like, he had already insulted me by telephone when I had submitted an unfavorable review. To flee !!!

More than 40 days waiting for a refund for a free cancellation (and I have not received it yet)

I made a reservation through Booking for 08/30 to 09/2. Unfortunately I had to cancel it, I did so on 07/28, within the free cancellation period. It took them only 1 day to charge me for the full reservation but I have been waiting for the refund for 43 days even though the accommodation said it would take 20 days to return it and that I contacted them several times. I see now that this happens to many people.

They charge the stay after free cancellation with booking and have NOT returned the charge a month later

They charged us with the reservation 5 days after receiving the free cancellation booking email and they have not returned it to us a month later. The charge was made to them directly through booking. I have spoken with the owner on two occasions. The first on August 15 and he told me that he would make the deposit the next day after sending him my bank details. A month later I called him again and he told me that he will fix it this afternoon. Tomorrow, if so, I will rectify it publicly here.

Thanks for lovely stay Patrick.
You were welcoming and kind. Especially accommodating our bikes.
Room was nice with ensuite.
It was a very hot night and we had fan going all night.
Pool was just delightful!! A welcome reprieve with 30oC ++
