A perfect stopover hotel for us!

A modern hotel that deserves its 4 stars. Spacious room for 3, practical bathroom with shower and bathtub in tasteful, simple, and effective design. It is very well located, 5 minutes from the highway and near a large shopping area. We did not try it, but the restaurant is apparently worth a visit. And to relax, a pleasant outdoor pool and a private spa. The owner is welcoming and very friendly. A place to remember!

Lovely small, modern hotel located close to the ancient city/castle near Carcassonne.
Clean and quiet. Pool and hotel restaurant are very nice. Service was excellent.
Helpful staff. Owner was present as well. Friendly and helpful.
Nice restaurants within driving distance, but not walking district. Hotel located in what has become over the years a somewhat industrial area. Originally, it was in the countryside.

Very good weekend

Very warm welcome, very friendly staff, and attentive to the customer
Simple but tasty dining, very well presented, perfect spa
Breakfast with very good products; I appreciated less the fact that you have to make your choice the day before…
Clean and pleasant room with beautiful decor, some malfunctions,
The bathroom mirror light was not working, and the sink faucet was leaking; there was a lack of inspection before the customer's arrival.
The hotel is well-maintained, very functional, and we had a very good weekend; the pool is great

Mixed review

Mixed review! Quality phone reception but no one at the physical reception. Very pleasant, spacious room. Top bathroom. Very comfortable bedding. Cons: breakfast must be reserved before 8:00 PM the day before as it is not made on-site. Drinks at the bar: not up to par at all. Several technical issues in the room: curtain, Internet, air conditioning... for which we received very limited assistance.

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay.
The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before.
Parking was free which is a huge bonus.
