Neglected.

Unfortunately, the maintenance was lacking: the baguettes were peeling, the fridge was rusted, the dishwasher door was dirty, the kitchen wall tiles were dirty, the cooking plate was dirty, the dishes needed to be washed again, the plates and pans were dirty, dead flies were not removed from the floor of the room, and the windows were dirty. Unfortunately, no air conditioning. On the other hand, a very beautiful region. No local products in the restaurant. The entertainer is cold and unfriendly; he is at the bar and sings in the evening. Some of them do not say hello. Overall, we had a good week, and we came for the region.

very old housing , little light

We were disappointed by this holiday village both by the age of its equipment and the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the catering.
Too bad because the staff do what they can, the animators of the kids club are very invested.Our grandchildren were delighted with their stay.

disappointing and uninteresting stay

very complicated stay with a group of associable and disrespectful retirees
the restaurant has only the name (no local dish)
shortage of pastries and cheese...
rooms are old and not cleaned for a few weeks
No wifi, no television...
too bad for the staff who try to make up for any shortfalls.

NIGHTMARE

Fuyez .......................... To disgust you with the Aveyron.
The people at the reception do not say hello despite yours and let you wait when there is no one.
The restaurant is also to flee overcooked frozen fish, dry and unsalted rice....
You ask a question for places to visit you are told that you should listen at the welcoming briefing.
The pond, because it is not a lake (it is much too small for that) is dirty, human excrement on the first day never again we are bathed and the water is cold. It is not possible to paddle there is none and the pond is too small.
Dirt at the level of the commons (places to wash your laundry with dirt on the floor), the local garbage cans is sticky from everywhere, go out with hydroalcoholic wipes....
People with disabilities don't look after them, they wander past idle apartments, and some stay for hours crying alone in the hallways, linens scattered all over.
Very expensive meals for what there is to eat .....
Horrible soundproofing, we were woken up every morning by the neighbors upstairs at 7:40.
The shower in our studio was full of black mold and we had to clean up after each shower because no shower tray you shower on the tiles!
Shame, scandal!
The institution should recruit suitable and professional staff and teach them service or close it would be even easier.
Holiday ruined, we left before the weekend, too hard to hold
