Siamo davvero felici di sapere che vi siete sentiti “come a casa” e che abbiate apprezzato il rapporto qualità/prezzo del nostro hotel.
È un piacere anche sapere che la nostra posizione, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, vi abbia permesso di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni di Brest.

Hôtel Center Brest

Good location. Nice lobby. Very nice front desk staff, easy check in, great instructions how to get to the free parking behind the hotel. Good first impression, right? But the room had nothing except for a bed and a chair. No fridge, no safe, no coffee pot, no coffee. Nothing but abundance of dirt on the floor. Seems like there was no vacuum or mop in the hotel either.

We would like to clarify that not all of our rooms are equipped with a refrigerator or a safe. This information is clearly indicated in the room descriptions on our website as well as on our partner booking platforms. We strive to ensure full transparency so that our guests can choose the room category that best suits their expectations.
We offer entry-level rooms at a more affordable rate with basic comfort. For an additional €5 per night, we also provide more comfortable room categories with extra amenities.
Regarding cleanliness, we are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet our usual standards. Your comment has been shared with our housekeeping team so that appropriate measures can be taken.

What a pity

We usually choose this hotel during our stays in Brittany, the price / service ratio, the quality of the welcome and services being particularly interesting: very good restaurant and breakfast in particular but also and above all, for us, access to the sauna, hammam and fitness room included. But what a pity the sauna is still down. Despite having been informed beforehand we chose to come back for this time but if it was also next time we will see to go elsewhere.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que le sauna ait une nouvelle fois été indisponible lors de votre venue. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception, d’autant plus que cet équipement fait partie des services que vous appréciez habituellement.
La panne actuelle s’avère plus complexe que prévu et nécessite des interventions techniques plus approfondies que ce que nous avions initialement anticipé. Nous sommes activement en lien avec nos prestataires afin de trouver une solution durable et de remettre l’installation en service dans les meilleurs délais.
Comme pour tout équipement, même bien entretenu, des aléas techniques peuvent malheureusement survenir. Soyez assuré que nous mettons tout en œuvre pour limiter ces désagréments et garantir un retour à la normale le plus rapide possible.
Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions et de vous offrir l’expérience complète que vous êtes en droit d’attendre de notre établissement.

I enjoyed staying within walking distance of the main campus of the University of Western Brittany (UBO) where I had some meetings. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. But one light bulb was broken and the internet was so spotty that I could not use my laptop. Still, all considered, good value for my money.

Hotel Center at the centre of Brest

Nicely located centrally but not in a busy area. Quiet hotel with an excellent choice of fod for breakfast and starting from 6am. Courteous staff (English and French speaking)
