I recommend it 100%.

Simple and comfortable rooms. Restaurant inside and on the square outside. Very pleasant and shaded terrace. Good breakfast. Good cuisine. Excellent service. Dinner can be reserved at the same time as the room. Very clean hotel. Don't miss the "hobbit toilets" on the ground floor! I book 1 night each vacation; it provides a break in the middle of the journey. There is an adorable mascot: a cat that does not belong to the restaurant but comes to eat when the guests have left. He also enjoys cuddles.

Perfect.

Despite some bad reviews .. I'm sure unfounded because of the people who are not aware of the efforts that French cuisine requires as well as the staff that people say lazy criticizing young people who work... so it makes reflect the views of disrespectful customers that we could see en masse who wanted to eat at all costs while seats were taken... no respect... we recommend this restaurant which allows us to see that we are taken care of properly and when there is room of course..... (the reservation is made to be welcomed properly because it's like this in a restaurant.. ) the kitchen was at the top nothing wrong it is a real pleasure to finally taste dishes that are not cooked in the microwave.
Little downside with the wasps but that's the countryside. Thanks to Beze's relay.

17:30 this Sunday heatwave August 11.At 17:00 late a waitress approaches 29 we settle on the terrace to quench our thirst after visiting the village and the abbey.
What a mistake! 3 minutes later a waitress approaches and with a kind air tells us "It's closed! It's marked there, pointing to the consos sign.
Turning away customers at this hour in a beautiful tourist village is making fun of the world. No doubt these wealthy traders can afford to turn away customers at this hour. Bystanders flee this unwelcoming place.

Bonjour,
Le dimanche soir, l'établissement est fermé, comme indiqué sur le panneau que vous mentionnez. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’un refus de service, mais simplement du respect d’un horaire affiché — ni plus, ni moins.
S’installer sans vérifier, puis écrire un avis assassin parce qu’on ne vous a pas servi alors que l’établissement ferme… c’est un raccourci facile. Et non, nous ne sommes ni “riches négociants”, ni adeptes du mépris : nous sommes des professionnels, avec des horaires et une équipe à ménager.
Libre à chacun d’avoir un avis, mais encore faut-il qu’il repose sur des faits.

You won't get fucked

We must admit, after reading some mixed comments, we had a little apprehension a few km before our arrival. But the hope of a Jupiler pressure in the shade of the trees of the town square motivated us.
First good surprises the pressure, the bucolic Mood of the old town and the Good Welcoming of the staff were there.
I forgot that we had to visit the room before any snack under the invective of the boss but in the end why not...:o) not really a misstep.
Let’s discover this famous map with divergent opinions and not always friendly: a very pleasant surprise! Various dishes, for every taste.
Little rosé of the country as an accompaniment, we eat very well (as they say in the land of Jupiler).
Nothing wrong with the room and the bedding.
And to finish our step well, we enjoy a very good breakfast very simple but with products (and especially bread) of very good quality.
In short, a good plan in Bèze...
