This was a modern clean hotel close to everything. Nice breakfast. Parking is in a public parking garage about 10 walking minutes away.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June 2025. The hotel is located near the Avignon TGV station, just a 7-minute walk away. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. The bathroom is clean, but the water drainage is a bit slow.
However, the hotel is not close to the city centre of Avignon; you need to take a bus to get there, which takes about 30 minutes. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants also require a bus ride or a 10-minute walk.
The staff is nice and helpful. If you want to be near the TGV station, this is a good place to stay.

We booked this hotel for one night due to its close proximity to the train station- it is close, however, at least 1/2 the walk (which is actually about 15 minutes) was along a small road with no sidewalks. The surrounding area had nothing but parked cars and buildings that were either offices or apartments. You need to Uber to get to an area to eat, etc. it was however clean.

We booked this hotel because of its location very close to the Avignon TGV station. We had rented a car from enterprise and we’re able to return it at that train station. We drop the car off and strolled back to the hotel. A very quick walk from the hotel brought us to.Les Gustavo’s, a delicious restaurant in the Mercure Hotel nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff is welcoming and very helpful, telling us how to get to the station and where to eat dinner. Although the walk was only 5 to 10 minutes, the staff booked us a cab to drive us there since it was raining quite hard. So if you need a place near the train station, we can recommend this highly.

Dirty. Read GPT chat that comes out hotel complaints about bad smells.
It's very weird with everything I travel that I write a bad review. I'm usually the one who never says anything.
Enter room 315 and the shower smells very bad, it's sewer smell. Down the drain.
Docked hair. I complained at reception because this rating is not a problem yesterday. He told me he'd let the cleaning girl know but this isn't a cleaning girl problem.
It is rating that it is a problem that they already know it by heart in the hotel; but they still sell the room night. And that's what I find weird. I left the hotel last night. First time I haven't read comments. Now I searched in GPT chat and they came out that it is very often that the hotel rooms smell like sewers. So this is a more serious problem than normal that apparently they “don’t care” about anything. And it's not just in my room. Room 315.
I would have left but I arrived at my little one's bedtime after many hours of driving.
I supposedly took out with non-refundable fee but I was charged the flexible fee. There I could have been wrong which is very weird but it can happen to me sometime.
The reception girl is very friendly and reacted well to the complaint.
Parking is keyed and costs 10 euros. No staff after 9pm
