Very good
This establishment, part of the Accor group, is located right in the city center of Arles.
The center is also very easily accessible on foot.
This establishment has a private underground parking lot.
I benefited from a junior suite upgrade thanks to my Platinum status, so thank you.
The restaurant, on that day, was not very busy, and the menu is very short. A bit pricey.
For breakfast, nothing to complain about; fresh fruit and everything is as it should be.
The center is also very easily accessible on foot.

A huge thank you to the entire reception team, who did everything possible to make my stay absolutely incredible. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention made all the difference. The hotel is beautiful, with a superb setting and high-quality services. I highly recommend this establishment and I will return with great pleasure!

The Mercure Arles is in a perfect position to explore the old part of Arles on foot. The only cars allowed in the old part are those owned by people who live there, so walking is the only way to explore. It’s a lot of fun exploring the narrow streets and there’s plenty of places to rest along the way. The Mercure is clean, the rooms are not big but adequate and the every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful and engaging. The amenities are basic, just hand and body wash, which appears to be the case in most French Mercure Hotels. There was no fridge in our room which we found very unusual and medication needed to be handed to staff for refrigeration which was a little inconvenient. We ate at the restaurant but there are many more better places to eat that have a more diverse menu. I think the restaurant mainly caters to French coach tours and it is probably more suited to that clientele. If position is important in your travel plans then Mercure Arles is very well placed.

A caring staff at all times!
I greatly appreciated, upon my arrival, the welcome for this new three-night stay, specifically dedicated to the extraordinary Drawing Festival!
Simplicity, kindness, and courtesy that I found at all times, especially at breakfast, at the bar, and during my departure.
The smile to accompany my pleasure of being in this city that is always in artistic turmoil!
This beautiful building is ideally located as it is within walking distance of the train station and just steps away from all the places to discover.
My room was comfortable and especially very ergonomic, with the necessary details (such as electrical outlets) to simplify daily life.
Finally, I really enjoyed the breakfast, fresh and varied.
Certainly, I will return to this hotel, especially for the Drawing Festival 2027!
