Hotel well suited for families

A good address for family accommodation. 4-person room with pool access and breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. Large pool with everything you need to relax. Hearty breakfast and very friendly team. Green spaces, relaxation areas, and things to keep the children busy with a game of pétanque or table tennis.

Nice location but needs to be more consistent with cooking

We went with a group of birdwatchers for a week. Given room 2 on the ground floor looking out to the garden. Great unless it rains when the path became a big puddle which is a problem for all outside rooms, Room comfortable and good bathroom with aircon . The staff are friendly .
Evening meal was a fixed menu , the beginning of the week it was very nice but de tip rated towards the end . One night was a skinny chicken leg in what I could only describe as an overcooked vegetable soup, strange, never seen broccoli that’s white!
I think the cook changed during the week & that was the difference.
Nice location though.

Congratulations to the new management

We stayed two nights in this very nice, clean and quiet hotel which is located slightly outside the center of Arles but in a very convenient location to reach both the city center and other destinations
The environment is relaxing with a well-kept garden and in a pleasant atmosphere with a nice clean pool We nn ate there but also offers a catering Service with pleasant smells We were so comfortable that we added a second night

On arrival in the first place the building deserves a refreshment
Secondly, the Cleanliness is to be reviewed both at the bedroom and bathroom level
Ageing establishment
Do not rely on photos on sites such as Booking.com .....

Nice hotel in the countryside near Arles

This place is about 10 minutes from Arles in the peaceful countryside. It has a nice pool and a garden with an outside seating area. The pool was nicely kept and clean so it was a joy to relax in it.
Our room was quite spacious and had its own little terrace.
The staff were really nice and helpful.
The only thing that wasn't that good was that there is no restaurant in the summer holidays. You could order food but it is not availble until 20:30. Since the hotel is in the countryside, finding a restaurant involves driving.

The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September, depending on weather conditions. Please note that for long vehicles, secure parking is available. To find the property, add Avenue de la Libération in the GPS and upon arriving at the roundabout, continue straight ahead and the hotel is on the right hand side. Please note that for reservations of 4 or more rooms, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged upon reservation and another deposit of 30% will be charged 1 month before arrival. The balance will be paid upon arrival. Please note that your credit card will be pre-authorized upon arrival in order to guarantee payment of the city tax and purchases made on site. Please note that arrival request after 8:30 pm will be refused.
