One feels good there.

We spent 3 nights at the Aquabella. Air-conditioned room, view of the lake... Very good welcome, smiling service, one feels good there. Hearty breakfast, variety. No buffet, everything is on each table. Large terrace facing the lake. We dined there twice. The menu remains unchanged for a month with 3 choices for appetizer, main course, and dessert, all prepared with the best local products. High-end. Beautiful discoveries of regional wines.

A new gem in Aiguebelette

A new experience by Lake Aiguebelette.
A very beautiful discovery at the Aquabella restaurant, where one immediately feels the desire to offer a French, local, and sincere cuisine. The choice of a short menu with three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts is a true guarantee of freshness and mastery.
We started with the gravlax trout, accompanied by smoked beet and wasabi ice cream: an appetizer that is delicate, colorful, perfectly balanced, with original combinations. Magnificent!
The dish featuring the red pig ribeye from Castile was a true favorite. The virgin sauce with del piquillo pepper added just the right amount of spice, enhancing the meat, accompanied by perfectly executed small cubes of polenta.
To finish, the dessert made with raspberry namelaka, basil crumble, raspberry sorbet, and red pepper surprised us with its balance and bold flavor combinations.
The plates are magnificent, the presentation is meticulous down to the smallest details, the portions are generous, and each dish is a pleasure for both the eyes and the taste buds.
All of this, of course, with an exceptional view of Lake Aiguebelette, which adds a unique dimension to this moment. An address to recommend without hesitation for lovers of fine cuisine and quality products. Quickly, July, so that we can come and taste the new menu!

Very nice discovery!

Very nice discovery. A hotel where one feels at home, thanks to the kindness of the entire team. The inventive cuisine is truly delicious. The establishment is highly recommended for its numerous qualities.
