We had a fantastic stay in this stylish art nouveau hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked as it should. The area around the hotel was very quiet.
Breakfast buffet was top notch with a mix of traditional Finnish food on top of the usual cereal, porridge, eggs, etc.
Convenient walking distance for many things and trams to take you everywhere else.
Definitely would recommend for a stay in Helsinki.

The hotel’s concierge is incompetent and barely understands English. I booked their charter yacht as a bday surprise to my girlfriend and they ruined the surprise factor by revealing it her immediately during check-in.

All good except the pillow. They are like mini marshmallows. Way too small. Replace them.

A great hotel to stay at, central and clean. Breakfast very good, with some Finnish specialties that were very good. Not as good as a good Norwegian breakfast at hotels, but close.

5th visit and as always excelled in all areas
Excellent rooms and ensuites
Staff always friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble
Great Buffet breakfast
Great bar areas inside and out
Looking forward to our next stay
