This waterfront hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from Hakaniemi Market Hall. Its air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen TVs and large windows facing the Baltic Sea, the quiet courtyard or the city. Hakaniemi Metro Station is 250 metres away.

Excellent hotel and very vegan/healthy eater friendly
The hotel itself is a bit old-school, but very comfortable. The room was great with plenty of space. As Diamonds, we received an upgrade without having to ask.
The breakfast was fantastic! We are WFPB vegan and very healthy eaters and we both loved it. Tons of fruits, salad, cooked veggies, hummus, really tasty giant beans, green smoothies with oat milk, and much more. Then the executive lounge is good too. It is small, however. But as far as food and drink, they had plenty of healthy vegetarian/vegan type of food in the evenings, then drinks and a few snacks during the day. The lady who runs this exec lounge is fantastic, she kept things well-stocked. I would just show up close to the end of the happy hour and it was always restocked. Very much appreciated!
There is also a small but really well-equipped gym that was very pleasant for a quick workout.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much enjoyed exploring this amazing, organized city.

Modern hotel with good facilities (however didn’t get a chance to use).
Breakfast is expensive if not booked in advance.
Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of storage space.
Very reasonable mini bar in room.

The room we received was ADA but the only offering with a single bed. The room worked out great! The hotel is well located near public transit, food market, pharmacy, and fish market. And, if you need a bite and don’t want to venture out, the food and drink offering is spectacular!

Disappointing visit
Air conditioning in the room does not work as intended. The room cannot be cooled down below 22 degrees and the receptionist acknowledges that they do not have air conditioning but only ventilation.
The daily cleaning in the room was mediocre. Dust on surfaces is not properly removed and the floors are not thoroughly cleaned, which is why there were large zero-men on the floors.
The pool area is not a 5-star hotel worthy.
The staff is nice and welcoming and is the only reason the hotel does not get 2 stars.
