Apt 1636 Not a clean room - needs to be updated and cleaned
The room is not super clean, its a bit run down. Not sure why other people say its clean but it needs allot of attention. The ceiling in the bedroom had a leak and you can see the water stains and the patched area which was never repaired properly and painted. Don’t look behind the curtains, its a nightmare. Furniture has scratches & tears. The mattress has too many stains and better not inspect it without the sheet. Kitchen needs a rehab, bathroom sink has a crack. Cleaning lady seems to never clean the shower door and remove the cloudy film on the glass. Bug count is almost none, Lighting in the unit is like an office, and the kitchen fan is extremely loud. The kitchen stove should be thrown out and replaced. TV works great as well as the Fridge. Rental lady and owner are real nice and attentive, but the unit needs allot of work to receive higher customer ratings. The pool is not free, cost $2.50 per person per day. Lobby is always hot but elevators work pretty well. Location is great, and it's nice to be on the top floor.
Also, the provided room towels are nothing to get excited over. I would not recommend this place until they make all the necessary repairs, adjustments.
