food option is satisfactory, basic bath toiletries were provided, i like that they provide water heater for coffee or tea, the shower water pressure is low, barely water coming out. staff is friendly, breakfast dining staff is great.

I am a returnees, every time I need to be in tagbilaran I booked at this hotel since the price is reasonable and it's convenient especially the inuded breakfast. My only complaint is the unstable internet connection, now you see now you don't.

Feedback on Bad Experience During My Stay

I recently stayed at your property for three days and would like to provide feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality did not meet the expectations considering the rate we paid.
I observed that the staff lacked initiative, which affected the overall guest experience. The room conditions also need improvement — the floor had an unpleasant smell, the bed was not as comfortable as expected, and the Executive Suite was provided with only two pillows, which is below standard. Moreover, the breakfast selection and quality were not satisfactory.
For personal suggestion, I would also like to suggest sustaining and improving your amenities and facilities to better meet the needs of your guests.
I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance service quality moving forward. Thank you.

Well first of all you get what you pay for. It s a simple hotel, rooms are rather big, all works fine, warm shower. Air con works. Philippine wifi. Its a kind of smell in the hotel that was a little annoying. Simple breakfast, cold. Friendly staff as allways in Philippines. Additional a small pool outside

Food was inedible except for breakfast and many items not available on menu. Staff where good. Just eat at other restaurants
