The best location. Easy access to malls and bars. This is a quaint hotel with carpeted rooms, big cabinet, 2 beautiful side lamps.

A budget friendly Hotel in one of the busiest place in Manila

Manila Manor Hotel is located at J. Bocobo street, Manila, Philippines. Its a 5-10 minutes drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, check- in is smooth process becuase of the good and professional service of the receptionist. The room quality is fare enough if you are looking for a cheap hotel to stay, the cleanliness is improved after I read some negative comments from the once rated this Hotle. The staff are accomodating even if some are senior citizens, they provide us some useful informations in where to go if you are looking for food and other recreations. Wi-fi has improved in my experience after some of the negative reviews from the past reviewers, they have restaurant in the lobby area but I cannot describe the quality hence we always eat outside. They dont have pools and other facilities. The problem with this Hotel is thier Toilets, some are not working properly

My room was horrible, we checked in went to the room, first thing i noticed was how old everything was, it was definitely late 70s early 80s, the blanket on the bed had stains, went to the restroom (cr) lifted the toilet seat and a few roaches scurried out from underneath. Pulled the shower curtain back, and noticed that the majority of the grout was black with mold. Needless to say rolled our bags back down stairs and checked out. No questions why we where leaving early no refund, and i had paid for three nights. I just couldn't get out of there fast enough.
After we found another place to stay i looked at my trael app (Expedia) to see if maybe i picked the wrong hotel by accident , but nope the pictures on there listing were nice and the rooms looked good clean and modern, but this definitely was not what i experienced.

I got disappointed of how unclean the room and comfort room are. It seems like the sheets and towels were not replaced. The sink was even clogged. Despite the bad amenities, the staff were the best. They smiled at us and kindly assisted us to our room at 3 AM. They even kindly accepted our decision to cancel the rest of our booking days. Thank you so much to the staff of Manila Manor Hotel. We hope they improve on their amenities because their staff are one of the bests.

Shabby hotel.

The entire hotel is shabby. WiFi does not work. Maybe because there are more staffs than tenants in this establishment that are connected to WiFi. Only one elevator is functioning. You need to upgrade the entire establishment to compete..
