Service not good

This hotel staff is so bad and does not do a good job that the front desk staff gave me the room key card that is already occupied by a person. So the hotel management should try to pay some attention to these people. These people are not doing a good job.

affordable and accessible

spacious and clean room. the toilet and bath is quite a challenge, i wish they could just combined them. location is very accessible.

Great Stay at Go Hotels Ermita!

Had a very pleasant and relaxing stay here. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating throughout our visit. A great bonus is the water dispenser in the lobby of each floor, making it super convenient to refill water bottles anytime. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and restful stay!

Not bad!

I don't know if I should be insulted but the room given to me was for those wheelchair - bound guests. To be fair, the room was bigger than the usual room in his hotel. But the shower is very low that you really have to be in sitting position to be able to use it properly. I booked the 24 hour package and I was able to check in a lot earlier than their usual check in time.
