Friendly and Warm Staff
We booked the Diamond Club Room for my daughter's birthday. We decided to stay here since it's close to Manila Ocean Park which is the highlight of our trip. Like I said in my previous review, I could not stress enough how welcoming and friendly the staff are, but also professional at the same time. My wife and daughter enjoyed the Diamond Club Lounge and the food was great. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!

Great manila view
The hotel stay was great but the location is far from the exciting places like malls. But I got the great view of the Manila Bay. They have to improve the buffet food to be warm and some food tastes salty.

I am sooooo done with this place. It has been ruined and nobody seems to care.
What an Sh^% show today. Terrible. Actually embarassing. No wonder prices for the Diamond Hotel are rock bottom. Nothing works. "SORRY" doesn't cut the laughable check-in experience. "SORRY" doesn't cut horrific waiting times. "SORRY" doesn't help me when I have to serve myself at the pool bar beacause the barman is sleping with the lifeguard. You cannot make money in the Philippines if you provide sh*& service. This hotel was a pinnicle of what the Philippines could provide. Now is a festering reminder of all that can be bad about if you don't try hard enough. While I'm typing this , I served myself at the pool bar. I think I can work the EPS system also, so at least I can charge my SMB to my room. I might even give myself a tip.
