It was amazing an experience! They showcases the true Filipino hospitality. Never entered the hotel lobby without their welcoming greeting and smiles. Always offer help and making sure we had a great day. There was no mini fridge ( needed due to insulin medications) and microwave but they're more than willing to assist and use their kitchen fridge.

The hotel is located in the middle of Manila, a few meters from the world's oldest Chinatown. The area is always busy, and taxis have a hard time reaching the hotel. because of the traffic. Some tour companies charge me an extra P1000 because of the location. Please allow an extra hour for your trip to the airport so you will arrive in time (4 hours before your boarding time is highly recommended).
The room was amazing, and the housekeeping service was always on time. The only 2 negative comments I had were that the fridge in my room didn't work, and the breakfast service. To get your breakfast, you have to order it the night before, as it is prepared somewhere else and delivered to the hotel by 0700. I never had breakfast there as my tours always started at 0600, so I am unable to comment on the quality of the breakfast. Also, they require P2000 (Cash) as a deposit upon arrival, or they keep your passport instead; however, the receptionist was kind enough to have me sign a declaration instead.
For a P2,800, the hotel can arrange a van to take you to the airport, but as a solo traveller, I found a better deal

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good, accessible to everything you need - shopping, leisure, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Would likely book here for another Manila trip 👍🏻👌🏻❤️
