Perfect location!
This hotel was in the perfect beachfront location if you want to be in the middle of the action in Boracay. Yet you couldn’t hear the party after heading to bed.
The staff were outstanding . I don’t think I opened a single door or carried a single bag. Very helpful and polite.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
Beds were comfortable.
Poor area was nice and also clean.
Breakfast was ok. I just found the Philippines on the whole hasn’t had the greatest breakfast to offer but the view whilst having it was amazing!
I don’t really have any complaints apart from residents being allowed to put their towels on the few sun loungers available for hours upon end while they go out so no one else can sit there.
I would define recommended staying here!

Birthday on the White Beach Front, Worry-Free Stay
Right on the beachfront, The District Boracay is truly a place where comfort meets warm hospitality.The location is perfect — directly on the famous White Beach and just a 3-minute walk to D’Mall, so everything from restaurants to shopping is within easy reach while still feeling peaceful and calm. Been there with my friends for a birthday party. The private beachfront service is wonderful — relaxing on the white sand with attentive service makes the hotel feel like a calm oasis despite being in the center of Station 2. Overall, a real boutique hotel experience with professional service and genuine hospitality.We had a door knock though at 3:30 am ; ) a sweet warning to mellow down. We will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend The District Boracay for anyone who wants beachfront comfort with convenience and peace.

We had an exceptional stay at The District Boracay and the location
Our family had an amazing stay at The District Boracay! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beautiful white sands of Station 2, just steps from D’Mall, restaurants, and all the island’s activities, yet still peaceful enough to relax. Every team member was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a big smile.
Our room was spotless, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool, excellent amenities, and direct beach access.

Amazing hotel! Staff were so incredibly warm and welcoming and you walk outside and it’s the most beautiful beach ever. Daily room cleanings and turn down service with a cute little nightly dessert pack if you want! Also within walking distance to everything!

I’m not a “post a picture of the room” kinda guy, but this is an exceptional room for Boracay. Spacious and well appointed with a safe, refrigerator, water (not your usual bottled water either, fancy glass bottled water), double vanity, private toilet and private shower separate from the vanities (you’re not subjected to watching your loved ones shower or use the toilet ), lots and lots of drawers and closet space! There’s plenty of sitting room so you’re not cooped up in bed watching the TV and a substantial work area, I hope that it never gets used by anyone! Oh, and the AC is so cold that Elsa could build a snowman! You would expect a review like this if the room were complimentary, but I assure you that we paid, and I’m still gushing about the room!

It was raining on the day that we checked out (island life) and I was very happy with the round trip airport to hotel transfers! On a rainy day, we were escorted from the hotel to a private van to a private water taxi owned by the resort, so our departure was customized for us, not some other random schedule! The same hotel staff followed us all the way and took care that we had umbrellas and our luggage was carefully attended to.
