Beautiful and clean hotel with nice view from the rooftop.

Beautiful and foremost clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfully. The hotel restaurant is said to be opened until 9pm but they refused our orders at already 8:45. you can have a nice view over the city and costline at the rooftop.

Feedback regarding lack of communication on in-room refreshments – Room 504

I am writing to share an unexpected disappointment regarding the communication during our check-in. Upon entering our room, we found drinks and chips set out. The front desk staff never informed us during check-in that these refreshments were already placed in the room, nor did they mention that these items were strictly excluded from our reservation.Because we were completely left in the dark at arrival, discovering that these items carried extra charges later was incredibly frustrating. Even if paperwork is left in the room, vital information about extra costs should always be stated clearly by the staff during check-in. I highly recommend training your front desk team to verbally inform guests about pre-stocked, paid refreshments to avoid misleading future travelers.On a positive note, some of your services were very good, and we found the staff to be accommodating throughout our visit.

Absolutely recommendable!

The location is perfectly recommendable.
From the staff in the receptionist were perfectly doing their job well. Very accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetic.
Service is highly appreciated since we were given 10 out of 10 service. Amenities is perfect for us since my kids love to swim. They have pool in the rooftop and that place is good during morning when the sun rises and in the afternoon. The food was delicious. The money I paid is worth our experience there. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to spent the night with luxury. They have parking area pero wala na semento, they put graba so, kung puno ang front area na parkinganan to drop off your things, kay ato nga time may nagparking man sa atubangan. So akong mga things didto nalang gipakanaog sa parking area beside the hotel, ug na damage akoa maleta kay wala man nako gi aswat kay bug at man. Pero anyways, its not there problem naman. Sana ma semento to ang parking area.
Overall stay, It's great experience. I love DCCCO Hotel. Superb

Disappointing

New and functional hotel.
Staff smiling.
But...
They're not professionals.
They lack a manager and training from the hotel school.
One-eyed rooms. Windows overlook the hallways or the internal fire escape staircase???
Breakfast without choice that lets you go hungry.
The rooftop bar prepares cocktails 1 by 1.
1 hour to prepare and serve 10 cocktails, and they find a way to forget 2.
For dinner it is not better.
Go your way.
2 nights and 2 dismal meals.

Shocking Wifi & phone internet reception

It says a lot when this accommodation looked like one of the newest hotel in Dumaguete City .. as after a few day staying here , I did look around this city for what I thought could be better modern accommodation .. however I ended staying the 6nights I was in this area of the Philippines
Before my to many negatives about this Hotel .. I feel I need to praise the staff .. as I found them very helpful & welcoming
Plus a good rooftop pool
As I was I walk-in to book my stay .. the room rates looked cheaper online
Whilst in my hotel room & in the dining room .. I had way way to much trouble with the hotels Wifi & my phones Internet
The beds at DCCCO Hotels are at the regular Asian bed size length .. as an above size Australian , my feet were out of the bed ( even sleeping at an angle in their double bed
Breakfast was mostly Filipino foods .. with some American tastes
