Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, Beautiful resort in the Yasawas
My wife and I spent a wonderful 8 days at the Blue Lagoon Beach resort in the Yasawas. It was our first trip to the Yasawas and we were immediately impressed by the natural beauty of the islands and the white sandy beaches. We had a nice smooth trip for most of the way then quite rough for about 45 minutes, an hour from the Blue Lagoon. Went past quite a few of few of the resorts in the Yasawas including Barefoot Kuata resort, gateway to the Yasawas.
Our beachfront villa was quite comfortable with a million dollar view over the pristine beach. The island itself is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and palm trees with coconuts. Some of the best snorkelling I've expwrienced off the beach in Fiji. The reef was teeming with sealife, beautiful corals and fish. There is a hiking trail that takes you to the top of the mountain where you can have an expansive view of the surrounding Yasawa islands. The meals are great and the cocktails superb. Thanks to Sulu for the delicious Toblerone, Rosa, Sai and Esala for the delicious cocktails.
The restaurant staff made our dining experience memorable. Thanks Mel, Ili, Jerry, Aste, ema, Tima, Berna, Nelson, Reni, Niana, Philip, Sia, Salab, Pena, Noke and Esala.
We also had a degustation menu at Donu Japanese restaurant. The meal experience was good. Thanks to chef Saki and his staff Joe, Sala, Nana, Maria and Tony.
Thanks to Luisa and Armale for keeping our villa clean everyday. Thanks to Jimmy for taking care of our luggage. Thanks also to Tibo, Tem and Bibo for organising the tours and activities and to Levi for keeping the gardens so pristine.
Thank you Chris (owner) for introducing yourself and to your Assistant Manager, Vika for doing an excellent job ensuring our stay was awesome.
Again a big thank you to everyone, and those we may have missed, for making us part of your Blue Lagoon Family and for making our stay memorable.

Amazing stay
Wow!!!
This resort is absolutely everything we could have wanted. The most beautiful location with so much to see and do!
The food was exceptional and 100% worth the meal package price, we had a 10 course japanese tasting menu included which was just the most amazing experience.
Could not recommend this resort enough- felt like pure luxury!

Welcome Escape from the Everyday
Chris and Kylie run an outstanding guest resort. Chef Sake’s Japanese-style, Fijian inspired, 10-course restaurant is well worth a visit — or five! Gracious hospitality, comfortable accommodation, leisurely vibe and plenty of excursions. Avoid the ‘corporate’ Hawaii resorts and spend your holiday dollars where the welcomes are genuine, the pace is casual and the beach is at your door. Well done!

Simple and absolutely amazing - paradise on an island far away from everything
After a 4 hour boat trip with Yasawa Flyer we were greeted by singing on the beach by some of the staff that we were going to get to know well in the coming week. Choose the budget-friendly variant Bula Lodge. A pretty small cabin; bed, two bed tables, a wooden box as "safe" and air conditioning. A small veranda and good opportunity to dry clothes mm. Shared bathroom with those living in dormitory. Worked very well for us (pair for 50 years) Always free shower and do, this was washed and kept clean throughout the day.
Good sunbeds at the beautiful beach/pool and main restaurant.
Meals: In addition to the relatively simple breakfast buffet, there was a solid selection of breakfast menus with various egg and pancakes to choose from for everyone. Very good lunch, many dishes to choose from and lovely 4 dishes dinner. All with views of beach and sea.
We also ate several lunches and dinners at the resort’s Japanese restaurant, Donu – amazing tasty dishes enchanted by skilled chefs, including a 10-course tasting menu for dinner.
Activities included: super snorkeling right from the beach (you will be borrowed mask and swim feet) Stand Up paddle, kayaks, slide/trampoline in the water. Towels and shower items in the room, beach hooks and drinking water you can fill up in your own bottle were very good.
A holiday that gives peace of mind, fantastic friendly staff, applies to all: Those who wash the room, serve at restaurants and bars, those who own the place, work in the boathouse, etc.

Beautiful!
This was the most beautiful resort! The food and service was amazing. Special mention to Rosa who made our stay so special!
