A good hotel located near to Bole Airport.

A good hotel located just 15 mins from Bole Airport. Very helpful staff, nice clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my dinner, the kitchen is visible from the restaurant. Quiet location and great value.

My flight was changed last minute and the manager was so kind to accommodate my new check in dates. The staff is very nice and I’d definitely stay there again

Staying at Triple-e is an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service impressed me—it's clear the staff are dedicated to making every guest feel valued. The Moroccan spa is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day, with traditional touches that create an authentic and calming experience. The staff are top-notch attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They go out of their way to anticipate your needs without being intrusive. For anyone looking for a place where service and relaxation are prioritized, this hotel is a standout choice.

Food was terrible and the chef was rude

Terrible food and chef was mean had an attitude, we returned back the food and was told it’s problem was with the cheese and refused to fix or do anything about it
Terrible terrible chef is an understatement
Enjoy the top view and not the food inside

I am very sorry that the food did not meet your expectations, and even more so that you had an unpleasant interaction with our chef.
