Finding Stillness and Service at Sapphire Addis
My stay at Sapphire Hotel Addis felt quietly refined and thoughtfully arranged.
From the moment I arrived, the staff carried themselves with a calm professionalism that immediately put me at ease.
The room was spotless, modern, and comfortably intimate, with just the right balance of light and warmth.
Breakfast was generous and well prepared, offering both local and familiar choices. Sapphire doesn't shout luxury; it practices it with grace, efficiency, and a reassuring sense of order.
And because of their hospitality I got invited two times to weddings freely to experience their culture.

Overall, It’s a great place! The rooms are well maintained but the carpet looks a bit old and not very attractive to the eye. However, it still looks very clean and without any smell.
The breakfast is wonderful. I have found everything so tasty.
The lobby area is so cozy to sit for long.
The spa service is great. Staff in the spa area look so committed to maintain its quality. I have enjoyed the steam but I would rather have small bulb in the room. I didn’t find it very comfortable to sit in the dark with only small light from outside.

Amazing trip and coffee with Meserak
My family and I had an amazing stay at Sapphire Hotel and I especially appreciated the service of Meserak Woldemariam. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful with her recommendations for my trip. The coffee was very tasty and she was great company in the lounge during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis for both short and long stays and anyone visiting must have coffee in the lounge with Meserak, its essential!

The location is great, staff are very helpful and attentive, the room is clean overall I am very much satisfied with my stay. The only issue I had, even those the room was advertised to accommodate for 4 people there was no space for my child. It looks like there is miss communication between Expedia and the hotel.
